  • Hands-on experience with Drafting, Designing, making BOQs and mood boards.
  • Dealing with Clients & and their requirements.
  • Able to manage juniors and intermediate designers in the team.
  • Able to understand and formulate design decisions and present them for discussion.

2+ years of experience
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the carpentry, civil, plumbing, electrical, and all work execution of interiors.
  • Should be able to read technical drawings and execute according to them.
  • Planning of work & and executing in an organized and timely manner.
  • Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment.
  • Proficiency in maintaining BOQs and running Bills.
Start date: as soon as possible
Salary: Depends on experience

0-6 Months of experience
Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining all purchase-related data and creating MIS reports on purchases as needed.
  • Should have strong knowledge of vendor management and supply chain management.

2+ years of experience
Responsibilities:
  • Develop 3D models, animations, and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all designs are accurate and meet project requirements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in 3D design software and techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
